Privacy Notice

OptimRise collects only the information needed to send requested updates, process a preorder and support founding members.
Information you provide
If you join launch updates, you provide an email address directly to Mailchimp. If you use a Stripe checkout, you may provide contact, billing, shipping, referral and payment information directly to Stripe. OptimRise can access the transaction and customer details Stripe makes available to the merchant, but does not receive your full card number.
How information is used
- To send the development updates you requested.
- To process, reconcile, support, cancel or refund a preorder.
- To communicate production status, shipping estimates and required delay choices.
- To prevent fraud, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
This site is hosted by Netlify. Email signup is handled by Mailchimp. Checkout and payment processing are handled by Stripe. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms and may collect technical data needed to provide and secure its service.
Marketing choices
You can unsubscribe from launch emails through the link in any Mailchimp message. Transaction, refund, shipping and legally required messages may still be sent when relevant to your order.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including transaction records and legal obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but OptimRise limits access and relies on established providers for hosting and payment data.
Your requests
To ask what information OptimRise holds about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy question, email patrick@optimrise.co. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the product and operations develop. A revised effective date will be posted here when material changes are made.
